In December 2022 Rio Hotel Casino and Convention Resort ended the year on a high and embarked on structural repairs of Tsamma Secondary School. The project included the upgrading of school kitchen, staff bathrooms, as well as building the school wall parameters to enforce safety and security for the teachers and learners.

January was the official handover, with GM Tshegetso Boekhouer and team in attendance alongside, Tsamma Head Principle Mlungisi Alexander, the local SGB Chairperson and school officials. This project will ensure the learners of Tsamma Secondary School start the year on a positive footing allowing them to focus on education and ensuring a bright future.
